fingers poised and ready...

Today we enjoyed listening to Makayla play at her piano recital. The recital really motivated her to practice, which is something I have a hard time getting her to do. She played Matt the Cat and Seascape. She played the best ever! They have to memorize the music and she did great. Makayla looks so grown up in this picture.....with her great posture and poised hands. Her teacher was impressed that she pulled the songs off so well when she doesn't practice the best. I hope we can encourage her to continue on.
